I've been pondering over this issue for a long time.... if the world lockdown would be one day *banned* (so did chaos) by UDE, which card will go down, Samara Lotus or the World itself?

neither will get banned, as they're just terrible, and the entire deck is unstable enough as is, without removing pieces from it
to the guy below me, what they're doing is weakening the broken decks right now, so that people will be coerced into running the new broken deck, that at first has less strength than the current badass (why do u think dimension fusion, allure, and return got hit on the limit a week before LODT became legal?) |

in my listment of experince i think what there trying to do is to make someone br able to make a dek without using any of the power decks that are out their right now.
