Stalemate. Think about it, the king has an attack.check range of one square. so if you get close enough to check the other king with your king then your in check too.

a king can not check a king so it look like that will be stalemate partner

It's definitely NOT a stalemate. Stalemate occurs when one side cannot make a move and his king is not directly attacked.
With only two kings you get a draw by insufficient material. |

Its called a draw by insufficient material. Stalemate is when the king is not in check. but cannot move because he would move into check.

It is a stalemate.....(Tech-the guy above-what your talking about is checkmate).
