which i am very compusive now, which i never was before. i feel i can sue these online gambling companys, because even when i did win, they hold your money in your account for about one week before they release it. to me that is a tease to gamble again, so you lose that money. and thats why i would like to sue, and also when you make a deposit with credit card, it comes up as an electronic purchase so it will go thru on there end. i do feel violated, win or loose. like i said when i do win its like loseing, because they hold your money. now is that fair,. you tell me. can you suggest a lawyer that would take this case. let me know, thanksjohn, long island new york.

Take some god damn responsibility for your own actions. Cut up your credit card and stop gambling. Don't try to pass your problems, which are no one's fault but your own, onto someone else. Man up.

hey unfortunately there is not much you can do besides get an attorney and fight that they don't hold your money for that period of time but by the time you do that and get it in court 6 months has passed, and they will just do it to the next person who agrees to all there terms and conditions, now if there is something that was not said in them that they did then you have a case, but if they told you all the little ins and outs about online gambling at there site then there isn't much you can do. Except for not go on them at all, they are all pretty much rigged so you will win when it is necessary for you to go on, and that is why most will give you or match what you put into an account that is how they get you, believe me I never gambled until 2 years ago we got a casino in my town i went one night for fun I won 600.00 on a roll right at closing time and I wanted to stay and win more and more but I couldn't cause they were closing so I went back and lost then won then lost and lost and lost and have never really won enough to speak about since cause I kept going till it was gone and then some every time since, so I have a bit of a problem with it as well, it is fun and a past time that most think they can do to keep them selves out of trouble but it can become and lead to a horrible addiction that can take everything you own, so please be careful .

you'll lose. as a loser, you'll lose if you try to sue, because it always appears to be sour grapes, especially from a compulsive gambler.

The problem is that most gambling sites are based in a foreign country. So your lawyer is going to have to track down lawyers in that country, and research all the laws that pertain to the case in another country.

It would require far more to fight the case legally than you have already lost. So you could just be throwing good money after bad as they say.

It's time you learned your lesson and moved on. You made a series of ill advised bad decisions and now you are looking for revenge.

Use the time and do something more constructive with your life. Like get a second job to pay off your credit card.
