But enough of that rant! They easiest thing to do is go to Walgreens and buy a Visa or Mastercard gift card. These work just fine to deposit money, and won't be declined. I've used one and it worked fine for me.

Chances are that your Master Card will be declined. Most US banks have filters that block transactions to gambling sites. However, few do not have these filters.

There are other methods you can deposit with at PokerStars, however. You can try an Instant ECheck which is credited to your account immediately and withdrawn from your account in a few business days.
